1. How can I get access to the ordering system?
Access is only given to approved customers. Please contact our customer service at sales@tmqs.de.
2. Can I register directly on the website?
No. Registration is not available online. All accounts are created by customer service.
3. I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can reset your password online on our password recovery page.
4. Why can't I see prices?
Prices are only visible for logged-in customers. If you need access, contact customer service.
5. How do I find the right spare part?
Use the large search field on the main page. You can enter any of the three number series or a product name.
6. Can I order parts without an account?
No. Ordering requires an approved account. Please contact sales@tmqs.de if you need access.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping terms depend on location and customer agreements.
8. I am not sure which part fits my machine. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the machine type, revision, and part number (if known). Our team will check compatibility.
